Studio Policies and Procedures
Overview
Media and Privacy:
The safety and well being of our dancers is our priority, and the foundation upon which we build our program. With that in mind, please review take the time to review the following documents that outline our guidelines and expectations for all Ballet Rincon families, dancers, and affiliates.
Class and Rehearsal Attendance:
In order to learn, execute, and master the art of dance, class presence and participation is vital. However, we understand that circumstances do arise (e.g. illness, Family milestone event, emergencies, etc). Dancers are encouraged to make up missed classes and will need to make a reservation to attend a makeup class. Absences must be called into the Ballet Rincon office. Students arriving after the studio door has been closed by the instructor are tardy, and four tardies per semester is considered one absence. In the event of excessive, unaccounted absences, a dancer may be removed from class enrollment and performance eligibility may be affected.
Dress Code:
To allow for the body to bend and move to its maximum requirement, and in keeping with the tradition of serious dance training, please read our dress code requirements.
