Studio Policies and Procedures

Media and Privacy:

The safety and well being of our dancers is our priority, and the foundation upon which we build our program. With that in mind, please review take the time to review the following documents that outline our guidelines and expectations for all Ballet Rincon families, dancers, and affiliates.

Class and Rehearsal Attendance:

In order to learn, execute, and master the art of dance, class presence and participation is vital. However, we understand that circumstances do arise (e.g. illness, Family milestone event, emergencies, etc). Each dancer is allowed one excused absence, per class or rehearsal, per semester. Dancers are encouraged to make up any absences by either taking a similar (or lower) level class that meets at a different time. For dancers that are participating in our performances, we require a Performer Contract to be on file (see below). In the event of excessive, unaccounted absences, a dancer may be removed from a performance role. As always, we understand that each situation is different. Please contact us to discuss any extenuating circumstances.

Dress Code:

To allow for the body to bend and move to its maximum requirement, and in keeping with the tradition of serious dance training, please read our dress code requirements.

Ballet Rincon follows the Vail School District academic calendar. We are closed for most major holidays. For your convenience, you can download this season’s calendar below.
